We stayed here while attending the Equip Expo 2025. We were close enough to the Expo Center and yet far enough away from downtown. Everything was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Our 2025 girls trip was a success! Very nice little place! Fit 10 women comfortably. We typically always get a home with a hot tub and a pool. We did really miss having a hot tub! The location was nice. But we didnt realize there were houses all around the home…. So not much privacy at all… but we did really enjoy the home! And Tammie was amazing to work with!

Beautiful home with up-to-date appliances. Towels for swimming & bath provided, as well as supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soaps, and paper products. The pool was crystal clear and wonderful to enjoy. Tammie added a high chair for us since we had a 1 year old in our group. Tammie responded promptly with answers to our questions before and during our visit. She was helpful with suggestions of places to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Tammie’s home!! We highly recommend it!!

A beautiful house with plenty of room. It's in a quiet location not too far from Louisville and very affordable. We only stayed a night, but it was spacious for us to be able to relax and hang out for the evening.Our minor issues was finding the correct driveway in the dusk was a little tricky. It was raining hard when we arrived and there isn't a paved path from the parking spots to the porch, so we had to slosh through the muddy yard. We did our best to not trudge wet shoes in the house though!There were snacks, water and coffee available plus very comfortable couches and beds. Thank you!

Five friends tasting some bourbon. The house location provided easy access to distilleries in the Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown areas. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and roomy for 5 guys. Enjoyed the inside fire and a movie after touring. Last night grilled some steaks and had a fire pit. Tammie immediately responded to all questions and was very accommodating when our times changed. Will book again next time we're in the Louisville area.

We could not have found a more perfect location and home for our family Christmas trip! This home is wonderful and Tammie was so easy to work with and so responsive to any questions we had. And a very convienent location for our family to meet. Very quiet and so many amenities. We hope to beable to come here again in the future. We had lots of room and the kitchen allowed us to make our usual very large Christmas Eve dinner. I highly recommend this home !!!!!!!!

We loved this accommodation! The house was clean, beautiful, spacious and comfy! It was the last of three accommodations for us (two families of four) and it was definitely a blessing! Tammie is an amazing host and gave us such great personal attention and care before and during our stay. She is friendly and was so helpful answering any questions I had. The pool was a fun bonus for the kids and they loved having their own space upstairs. The neighbourhood was quiet and the drive to the house was lovely. The washer and dryer were very handy as well. We loved everything about this house including morning coffee out on the deck on the first day. Tammie also left us a gift basket of s’more supplies! The last two days it rained pretty hard so we couldn’t cook them outside on the fire pit but we did make them in the oven! They were delicious! The rain did not damper our spirits, as it was cozy and relaxing inside the house. Thank you Tammie!!! We wish you all the best!

This was a great place to meet for a family get-together. There was enough space for the adults to chat and the kids to run around. The yard was great for a small pickup t-ball game, and the pool was clean and satisfying. We had hot dogs and s'mores around the fire pit and the wood and firestarter were provided. We had a group of 8 of us for the PGA and a quick trip to Buffalo Trace. We had a great time and the house suited our needs perfectly. The only thing better would have been an upstairs half bath. Host had a fire pit and chairs for us and we figured out the charcoal grill. All in all a great place to spend a couple of days out in “horse country”

Her home was a great space for our family and her large yard allowed everyone to run around after time in the car. It was so nice to come back and just relax.
