This was a house in the perfect location for our family. Although we liked the fact that the house showed wear—there are a number of updates that are needed. The master shower window divide needs securing; towel rod in master bath need securing. The fixture head in the master bath pulls off; the pool did not appear to be heated (and I note that the description on site said that the pool is only heated in the fall and winter. We were there in the Spring and the online description only said that the pool was heated. The fixtures in the other bathrooms need replacement as they are pitted and missing hardware. The grill, while functional, would only heat in the front due to corrosion. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but feel that it may be time for some updated. Judge Bill Domina.

House is in a quiet residential neighborhood and it was a great size for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed the walk to the beach each day- the weather was perfect all week! The host was very responsive to an issue with the pool and we were able to enjoy our evenings back at the house poolside. A wonderful week was had by all.

We loved Indian Rocks Beach and the design of house and swimming pool. House had all the components promised. Killed a roach within 30 minutes of entering house. Need to check with pest control. One guest would not have stayed if she had known about roach. Living room couch broke when one guest sat down. We repaired the couch but all living room furniture needs to be taken to goodwill. House was overpriced for what was included. Kitchen cabinetry needs repaired or replaced.
