This house has such a great layout for families! We took our daughter, son-in-law and grandson on vacation with us. Two large living rooms with big tvs, so plenty of room to spread out. The beds are really comfortable - a detail many owners ignore which I feel is very important! Nice quiet neighborhood where you can sit on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, dine on the covered outdoor patio, and of course enjoy swimming in the private pool any time you like! Short walk to the beach with 2 wagons to carry beach chairs and a beach tent is also provided. Owners have thought of everything. Love this house so much we’ve stayed there twice and will no doubt return! Short drive to restaurants… a few places within walking distance. Centrally located with Clearwater 5-10 minutes away and great shopping/restaurants at John’s Pass maybe 20 minutes away.

The house was spacious and clean. The walks to the beach, the nature preserve and the tennis/basketball courts were all very short!

Wonderful and clean home with everything we needed to enjoy a vacation. The screenroom and pool area were our favorite places to spend time when not at the beach or other local places. Excellent distance to walk to anywhere. We are excited to stay there again.
