This mid century split foyer home has been beautifully curated & remodeled and has a stocked kitchen for cooking meals, as well as FREE coffee, creamer, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. It's only 10 min. from downtown, and is close to everything. Topgolf is 6 miles away. Lots of restaurants around. FREE 1G, FREE YOUTUBE TV, FREE HBO MAX, FREE parking!

The house is fabulous, spacious, clean, quiet, and decorated beautifully! We were very comfortable with all basic needs provided for (soap, trash bags, cooking essentials, toilet paper, sheets/towels, wi-fi, etc.). The location was excellent for traveling into downtown, the UTK campus, and for visiting with our family in the Knoxville area. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate well. We had no issues with finding the house or getting groceries and take out delivered. This will be our first choice of rental when we visit Knoxville next time!
