About this house rental

This home is located in West Knoxville on a private road with 5 other homes. Plenty of parking in driveway. Deck with gas grill and a nice size back yard. 15 minutes to University of Tennessee and downtown as well as Turkey Creek for lots of shopping and restaurants. . 5 minutes to Deadhorse Golf course. Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee max 2 pets
