We were in town visiting family to celebrate a 50th anniversary. We wanted to be close to our family in town and this house was perfect. It had enough beds for all of us. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our group of 9 people. We enjoyed having the space to relax together in the morning, so much better than having multiple hotel rooms! Since the house is a bi-level the upstairs can get a little warmer at night as it does in all houses like this, so we appreciated the fans in the upstairs bedrooms! The kids were happy to have the downstairs to themselves. Thanks!

Our large family was in town for the wedding of our son and the house was just a described and fit our needs very well. We had a need for 7 beds for the stay and the 3 bathrooms were wonderful with this many people. The air conditioner worked superb and the house was very clean and comfortable. The living room and breakfast area had plenty of room for us and the TV/electronics worked with no problems. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at Cedar Bluff. We were in the area for the weekend for a Wedding & Graduation in the family. The location was great! The host was very helpful and accommodating. The place was very nice and clean with plenty of room to rest and relax.

The property worked for us - the house is roomy, and it is nice for family. Couple of things I think owner really should look at - smoke alarms need to be installed with space heaters in lower level - and please shade/curtains or something on bathroom window in bedroom bathroom - window in main upstairs bathroom was broken with plastic on it.

We were traveling to Knoxville to visit our student and take in a football game at University of Tennessee. The property was perfect for our big group of 7 adults. A 20 minute drive to University of Tennessee - and convenient to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again .

We stayed three nights for a visit with our daughter who is in medical school in Knoxville. This home was close to her apartment and pet-friendly. It had a lot of beds/bedrooms and would be great for a larger group. The road going in is more like a narrow driveway- it’s easy to miss the first time. The house is on a court with just a few other houses. There are some chickens and ducks at the end of the court that our dogs were very interested in. The yard isn’t fenced so we kept the girls on leashes at all times. The house had everything we needed for our short stay. It was very clean and had enough of everything. Internet was spotty the first night and second day but it was resolved with a modem reset. Owner is attentive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a family reunion in Powell and the location worked perfect for us. We traveled from OK, CA & WI and we’re happy we all had a house to stay together. All of the amenities we needed were provided. Communication was very easy with super fast response time. The street is very quiet and peaceful in a safe neighborhood.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was a cute tri-level. Three bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The middle floor you came in on had a very spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, and a cute back porch. In the basement (which is ground level) was an additional bedroom, bathroom, and small den. There was an additional bed in the den area. We had 7 people and there was more than plenty of room. Three people took showers right in a row and we still had plenty of hot water. The property manager returned my message very quick and was very helpful. Thanks!

I needed a place for my family - five adults, daughter's fiance', and a family friend. Reservation process was great. There was plenty of room for everybody. The Vrbo rental was a lot cheaper than getting four hotel rooms for two days, and the home environment provided a much more pleasant experience for everybody.
