We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and the couch is very nice and big. The place was not super clean so that’s the reason I docked a star.

Our stay was a girlfriends’ long weekend getaway. There are some good features at this property & there are also a few things that could be improved upon to make it an even better stay.
The living room was comfortable, especially the big sectional sofa, which made it a great spot for everyone to gather. The kitchen had sufficient pots & pans & cooking utensils we needed for cooking meals. The Kerig needed a good cleaning. Fortunately we brought a coffee maker as a back-up. More plates and mugs would be great for a larger group. There were some spices in a cabinet, which was unexpected.
The master bathroom shower floor was slippery. Perhaps a textured mat could be provided. The curtain liner had mildew on it. The floors were dirty throughout and we saw a few spider webs. Hopefully, the cleaning service can pay more attention to detail.
The myQ app to enter the house was not user friendly and took some time to figure it out. Our host, James, was stuck out at sea (after Helene & during Milton). We understand emergencies happen; but maybe a local backup source/person could have been available so James didn't have to be disturbed.
3 squeaky beds prevented restful sleep. Couples might be more irritated about that.
Nicer towels & some blankets would be nice to have available in addition to the comforters on the beds.
