My family and I (3 generations, grandma to infant) stayed over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The care and attention Ray has put into this place is absolutely amazing. We weren't even there 30 minutes before someone asked if we could book this place again next year. There was plenty of room and so many extras that made this one of our best vacations yet. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. Thanks so much for making this such a memorable trip, and we will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay with our family that included 4 small children (ages 3-7) and 6 adults. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick with boardwalk access on both ends of the property. The beach was less crowded than further down where the high rises are located so that was a huge plus. FYI, people go out very early in the morning to claim spots on the beach and set up tents for the day. The unit is stocked with lots of chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a beach cart to help tote supplies back and forth.
The pool is located in the middle of the complex and was nothing special but fun for our kids.
The unit itself was as pictured and had amazing views of the ocean. We appreciated the stocked kitchen when we cooked in one night but wish there was more cabinet space for groceries. The items on the countertop could also be paired down. Things felt very crowded at the beginning of the week until we ate up some of the groceries we purchased. Someone spent a lot of time meticulously labeling every cabinet, drawer, and spice rack. The owners clearly love to cook with a wide variety of cookbooks and every utensil/cookware item you could imagine. They also allowed us to choose a bottle of wine from their rack. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed into their home.
Our only complaints were lack of kitchen cabinet/ counter space, the unit smelled a bit musty on the main level, and the back bedroom upstairs was hot and air conditioner very loud.
