The Space:
Always 80 and Sunny is nestled on the Indian Point peninsula of Branson, an especially popular location for its many marinas, campgrounds, bars, restaurants, and proximity to Table Rock Lake and Downtown Branson. Inside Always 80 and Sunny, you’ll be immediately welcomed by a neutral-toned design and open concept layout filled with natural light. Relax and unwind in the living room with seating arranged around an electric fireplace and cable tv. Seamless indoor to outdoor living will be a theme of your trip, both as you explore and as you hang at home, with a walk-out patio just off the living room where you can hang out, and take in the undeniably Ozark views.
Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, and toaster for you to prepare anything from quick meals on the go, to inspired meals at home. A breakfast bar with barstool seating is ideal for morning coffee and quick eats, with a more formal dining space located just beyond the kitchen.
This home sleeps 6 guests between two private bedrooms and the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, direct access to the outdoor patio, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-down unit requiring you to take the stairs with 38 steps to reach the entry door.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- A sofa sleeper for 2 is provided in the living area.
- There is a washer and dryer available in unit.
- The fireplace is not for guest use
- 2 parking spots are included.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

The positive: It was nice to stay so close to Silver Dollar City that we could hear the train and see the fireworks every night. Our 7-year-old loved the pool. Each bedroom having Kings was nice and they were comfortable. The towels were very nice. There were things provided like dishwasher pods, blow dryer, detergent, soap, and even some coffee. I received text messages before, during, and after our stay so I had a way to communicate. (i did not communicate the negative below, because there was nothing that could be done to fix it)
The negative: I didn't read the description close enough to realize that it was down two flights of stairs - that is on me. So it was difficult for my disabled husband and parents in their 70s. Ice maker is listed as an amenity, but it is not hooked up, so it would have been nice to have ice trays. Since I'm only 5'3" it was difficult to reach the coffee cups in the kitchen cabinets and the detergent on top of the washer/dryer. There were several light bulbs missing and lots of cobwebs and lots of dust on fans. And the jetted tub was not hooked up for our use. There were several spots of the carpet, and the place could use a deep cleaning.
I hope this review helps, we probably won't stay at these condo again, but only because it is on the bottom floor.

The only negative thing I have to say is the people who stayed above us ran up and down the halls all hours of the day and night and you could hear everything!
