Step inside and discover a beautifully updated interior featuring modern tones, plush furnishings, a cozy electric fireplace, and a newer kitchen complete with a wine fridge. The open layout makes relaxing or entertaining effortless.
After a fun-filled day at Silver Dollar City or exploring Branson, retreat to one of two spacious bedrooms outfitted with a king and queen bed for ultimate comfort. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal or grill outside on the large deck using the electric grill — perfect for enjoying the fresh Ozark air.
Tucked against a tranquil backdrop of trees, the condo offers a seasonal peek-a-boo view of the lake in summer, and a more expansive view during fall and winter. The location can’t be beat — just steps from the basketball and shuffleboard courts, directly across from the outdoor pool, and mere minutes from Silver Dollar City, Indian Point Marina, and all the excitement of Branson (only 4 miles away!).

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, attached bathroom, bedside lighting, and quality mattress/bedding.
Bedroom 2: queen size bed, bedside lighting, and Jack-n-Jill common bathroom.
Living area: 2 pull out sofa beds (1 Full size & 1 Queen)
Living room: smart TV w/cable, soft seating, plenty of light, and high speed WIFI.
Laundry room: full size washer/dryer, laundry soap, bleach, and dryer sheets.
Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper, and make-up wipes.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals.
Guest Access:
Outdoor Pool and Hot tub open from 10AM - 10PM and is seasonal.

The Neighborhood:
Boat trailers are not allowed on the resort property. Arrangements for nearby boat parking (route to Indian Point Marina) can be made at Deer Run Grocery for a nominal fee. Drop off your trailer before entering the resort.
Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.
**Minimum booking age is 21.
**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Eagles Nest Resort, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Everything was great! My family and I enjoyed the stay. Our ONLY, small “complaint” is that when the neighbors were moving around above us, you knew exactly where they were at, which made us a little overly cautious about our movements. That’s to be somewhat expected in most apartment situations though, so NOT a big deal. Overall, it got the job done

We loved the property and thank you for letting us stay. The only thing to mention is - the Master bedroom mattress is not really comfortable even with the memory foam piece, so maybe it's time to upgrade that?

We absolutely loved our stay a Libby's Perch. We stayed for a whole week and wanted to stay even longer. The place is very nice and has all the amenities you could want or need. It is very quiet and the no stairs is wonderful. We are already planning another trip and plan to stay here again if it is available.A couple of things to point out so that you are aware if staying. There is no dresser in either bedroom so storing clothes is challenging. There are some shelves in the closet that could be used but that's really it. There is very minimal hanging space in the main closet. This is another challenging area to work with. The only other thing is the sliding door to deck is hard to open and close.None of those things change my opinion of our stay though. 5 Stars all the way!!!

The unit was very clean and the owner has done a good job with furnishings and supplies. The access to the unit is a ramp which is what the title promotes and it did not disappoint. However, the building is 3 stories and it appears when it was constructed is was done VERY POORLY. We were on the second floor and there were guest in the unit directly above us. If they moved, which they did A LOT, it sounded like a herd of elephants. Our floor was very wavy with several sag spots. The owner had sound machines and ear plugs on/in the nightstands and for good reason. Again, the unit was nicely furnished, but noise from overhead was disappointing. Although we never had an issue, access to the property follows the same route as Silver Dollar City. So if you are there on a busy SDC day you could get caught in backed up traffic.
