Fantastic LAKEFRONT home located in gated community. Offers large living room at second floor with open kitchen and brick fireplace(propane). 70' smart TV with apps to log in. Maine level is huge ENTERTAINMENT ROOM with lots of DvD's movies to choose from , projector📽, home theater system, x-box (+Kinect)and games. Professional Pool table, KARAOKE 🎤with microphone.
3 comfortable bedrooms(3queen size beds, twin over twin bunk bed and a queen Sofa Bed).
2 bathrooms, sleeps 10 people.
Outdoor fire pit, deck with BBQ grill(propan gas), dock on the water with benches and lounge chairs,
row boat ⛵⚓⛵, 7 single kayaks🚣♂️, 2 SUP boards, 10bikes🚲.

DRESSER LAKE is located in Monroe County, PA. This lake is 54 acres in size.
Fishing is allowed. Catch& release. You need to have PA fishing license which you easily can purchase in our local Walmart.
What you can catch?: Largemouth bass, Chain pickerel, Yellow perch, Catfish
*NO smoking in the house
*NO pets/animals
*Fireworks prohibited
*Wi-Fi available
*Must be over age 21 to rent
*Firewood available for purchase
* 70'smart tv in the livingroom
*40' smart tv in the bedroom with bunk beds
* we provide linens, towels, starter pack of hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dish liquid, garbage bags, coffe filters, propane for BBQ grill
* Please bring your own cooking and shower essentials
*minimum stay : 2 nights and 3 nights when holidays

We enjoyed our stay in this home. This is a peaceful and beautiful lake community.We loved kayaking, boating, s’mores around the fire pit, catching some sunnies off the dock, and of course just lounging on the dock with that gorgeous lake view. Close enough to Camelback waterpark where the adult kids went for a day. House is equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free stay, and communication with Paulina is friendly and easy. Thank you so much!
