There is plenty of space for a larger group but still cozy enough for one. The open lay out, deck, and Cocktail Pool make it perfect for entertaining. The beds are comfortable, the beautiful furniture seats you and a gaggle of others with room to stretch out and be together, cook, dance, watch movies, party, and have privacy when you need it—vacations are all about you. Large kitchen/dining room, living room with unique fireplace, large Master Bedroom and Bath, plus 2 Guest Rooms with a Full Bath. Be yourself, enjoy yourself, and take care of yourself...in this beautiful home!
You can easily explore all of Austin's "Hot Spots" while staying in the Heart of Austin... and, then, return home to Stylish, Beautiful, Spacious, Private accommodations in a secure, quiet neighborhood. For nightlife, you have easy access to Rainey Street district, South Congress, Downtown, Lady Bird Lake or Lake Austin. Several choices for great dining (Vespaio, Guero's, Hopdoddy, Perlas, Boticellis...) and Hip Breakfast Spots (Jo's Coffee, South Congress Cafe, Magnolia Cafe).
You'll have easy accessibility to everything, much of it in walking distance, including coffee shops, great shopping, excellent dinner and lunch options for a variety of budgets, high to low. A few minutes to downtown and, for many, an enjoyable walk or quick bike ride. If you don't feel like walking, GetMe and Fare are available for the quick ride!
Close by you can access Car2Go, and bike rentals that will take you to downtown, 6th Street, UT Longhorn games, kayaking/canoeing. Beautiful the kitchen had everything you could ever need. They had party supplies they had games. It was awesome. The master bedroom was absolutely idyllic. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was a perfect vacation

We were unable to stay at this property, as our reservation was cancelled the morning of the confirmed booking. I had not received an access code, so I called VRBO's call center. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with the call center, I learned that the property owner had not maintained their VRBO calendar and had double booked the property, We were denied access to the property.
