This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to Austin. It was in a great location, plenty of room and beds for all, and the fact that it was TWO houses for this listing made it an even more comfortable stay. Kyle was a phenomenal host as well. He was very quick to respond to all of my messages and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking to travel to Austin and we'll certainly be choosing this location again the next time we come back to Austin!

Easy to get around to different Atx hotspots (most areas only a 10-15 mins by car). Spacious house and yard area and nice little neighborhood -- no safety concerns or anything of the sort.

Amazing house in a great location. So close to downtown and a very short Uber ride away from anywhere. Kyle was an amazing host and will definitely stay here again next time I am in Austin!

The location of this property for a large group is good for accessing downtown. The space inside the home is great for a large group. You will not feel “on top of each other.” You can tell the owner tries to make the property accommodate guests, contributing to an overall pleasant stay. There was plenty of soap, toilet paper, towels.
Upon arriving at check in time , the cleaning staff was still cleaning and did not finish until approximately 45 minutes after check-in time. They stated the guests prior left the property in a mess. They were working hard to clean the best they could. Unfortunately in one of the bedrooms it presented with a smell that was unpleasant and required keeping the window open. Had to re-wash some linens in another bedroom due to them smelling unclean. Some of the dishes were put away unclean. We were empathetic to the situation knowing that the previous tenants were unclean and left things very dirty for cleaning staff. Despite this, the two units could absolutely benefit from a deep cleaning.
We had an issue with the lock on one of the units during our stay. Kyle was super responsive and the issue was rectified within a few hours of notification of the problem.
This property seems great for large groups (ie. Bachelor parties, girls weekend, etc). If you are OCD about cleanliness and furniture being in less than perfect shape this may not be the place for you.
Overall, would recommend. It was just unfortunate the renters prior to us were so unclean.
