Just up the street but far enough away from congress, well equipped and very comfortable house with large bedrooms and very clean throughout. Shops bars and restaurants all a quick uber or stroll through the community away. I would happily rent again and probably will next year for ACL.

The property was perfect for our weekend in Austin to celebrate UT graduation. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed walking up to South Congress for food and shopping and was easy access to the running trails by the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Callie was a phenomenal host—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Her communication made everything seamless. The location was perfect to downtown, walking the cutest neighborhood called Travis Heights, and to shops and restaurants on South Congress. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
