About this villa rental
House on 3 levels:
Ground floor: living / dining room with fireplace (33²) and sea view,
kitchen: Fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, induction hob, robot, toaster, casseroles for seafood, kettle, coffee machine .....
Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, Tancarville, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, pellet stove, pellet included.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with balcony and sea view (160 cm bed), 1 bedroom with sea view with terrace and private bathroom (walk-in shower) (160 bed), 1 bathroom, 1 WC independent
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with sea view (160 cm bed), 1 bedroom with sea view with bunk beds and 1 bedroom with pull-out beds.
1 independent bathroom with WC.
East side garden: barbecue, possibility to park 3 cars + free parking at 200m
West garden with 180 ° sea view: terrace, garden furniture, sunbathing, swing, direct access to the sea and to the nautical club via a small goat path.
The gardens are not closed.

Final cleaning: 130 €
Water and electricity package included (€ 35 / week in summer and € 100 / week in winter) with supplement if exceeded (depending on meter readings)
The house is available 2 nights minimum all year round, but during school holidays, I rent it by the week and for extended WE 3 or 4 nights minimum depending on the bridge.
