About this apartment rental

Luxury apartment of 37m2 located on the 4th and last floor so no noise pollution above the apartment, recent residence in the center of Calvi
sea view, citadel and mountains
a few steps from the beaches, the port and shops

this well appointed apartment will seduce you and bring you
desired comfort
it consists of a bedroom with bed (140) and a large storage cupboard
a very bright living room (large bay windows) with fitted kitchen and sofa bed
dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, plancha ... etc ...
also a Nespresso coffee machine, operating only with Nespresso capsules, to be provided
flat screen television
bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toilet
approximately 12m2 terrace sheltered by a retractable pergola with furniture (possibility of using the plancha) (1 large table + 4 chairs + 2 relax)
