About this apartment rental
The residence is quiet and close to all amenities, everything is within walking distance
(shops, beaches, excursions ...)
Our apartment renovated in February 2018 has a beautiful living room {living / dining room} equipped with a sofa bed (140/190) and a closet, opening onto a small terrace (table + chairs) with sea view -Mountain. It also includes a large bedroom with a double bed (160/190), and a large closet (storage + wardrobe), an umbrella for cradle is available on request. The bedroom is decorated with a large picture window that also offers mountain views.
A kitchen (washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nesspresso, toaster, fridge), and a bathroom with WC is at your disposal (redone in February 2018). )
Main equipment: TV, iron, ceiling fan and one on foot, vacuum cleaner.
Possibility to rent linens (sheets, towels): 25 € / 2 people.
The apartment has a parking space.
No pets allowed
Activities: water sports, quad biking, hiking, excursions, culture, ...
Transport: Calvi airport at 5km, train station at 200M, ferry at
(shops, beaches, excursions ...)

Emplacement super, proche commodités. Centre de Calvi accessible a pieds, gare du train longeant le littoral à proximité.

Appartement très bien placé entre plage et centre ville; appartement très bien agencé, optimisé, et avec petite vue sur mer.
Des odeurs nauséabondes (dus à des problèmes de canalisation) dans les pièces d’eau ont hélas gâché notre séjour. Ce problème a été remonté à la concierge qui a fait venir qqn, mais les odeurs ont persisté.
Aucun geste commercial de la part de la propriétaire qui considère que c’est indépendant de sa volonté alors que le syndic était au courant de ce problème.
