The view from the condo and Lanai is beautiful West Maui Mountains and gorgeous rainbows.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

This condo was perfect for us (family of five). The parking is easy and the condo is conveniently close to the elevator, but it is very quiet. We never heard guests in the hall or in other rooms. We appreciated the three beach chairs and cooler. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower has great water pressure! The Honua Kai property is great--multiple pools and easy to access the beach and walk along Ka'anapali. The view from the lanai is even better than it looks in pictures. Fereshteh is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week! The condo and resort were clean and beautiful, everything exceeded expectations! We appreciated having beach chairs to take to the ocean and easy on-site parking. Our host was friendly, helpful and always reachable. Loved the beautiful pools and beach, and the system for getting clean beach towels worked very well. Incredible location, close to everything. We would love to come again, thank you!
