CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by PW2 security.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was great and very quick to respond. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The unit was spacious and wonderful views from each furnished room. The one thing we found frustrating was the amenities were not available every evening the full time listed they would be. This after already being disappointed of no indoor pool use (we’d been made aware of that about 2 wks before trip). It was a vacation and the family wanted to enjoy every minute, so we did all we could off site or on the beach during the days…so not having access/light to the game room in evenings was annoying to some in our family.

The condo is just as described. Very spacious. Perfect for our large family. Only complaint is the elevators. Long waits. We decided, after waiting about 15 minutes on an elevator going up and the elevator only stopping to go down, to get on and ride it down then back up. There was a security guard on the elevator with a gun and made us get off. We told him what was happening and he said I am not asking, get out. We had words with him back and forth. We ended up getting out and then waited another several minutes and ended up getting in that same elevator going down and then up. He was rude. I believe that the name of the security company was Severance. The guy was definitely on a power trip. I did send in a complaint and I called and left a message to report him with no call back. We went at a very busy time but something is definitely up with the elevators only stopping going down during peak times.
