Oasis 3110 formerly known as Phoenix West II 3110
This is a Gulf Front condo, the huge 3,000 sq. ft. balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthEast corner with incredible views!!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, custom details and modern decor! There is not another condo at Phoenix West II like this one!
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views from the living area, every bedroom and of course the 3,000 sq. ft. balcony! A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, as does the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd and 4th bedroom have two full sized beds. We have installed custom cabinetry and granite countertops throughout the condo.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The Oasis Condo was a wonderful fit for our large family. The unit was spacious and full of light. The extra large balcony became another hangout area for our teens when the adults gathered inside.We found the beds comfortable, and appreciated having two refrigerators in the kitchen/dining area. It was well decorated. The unit was great but the building, pools, were disappointing. The pools and elevators were insufficient for the demands of the large building and many guests. Do not check in at 4:30pm. Wait until much later in the day. Be sure to rent beach chairs right away for the week. Otherwise you will not be close to the water. The outdoor family pool was murky and packed.The Condo rocked, but the building and grounds were disappointing.

We had a great time staying in Oasis 3110. The balcony and views really set this condo apart from others. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again. Only downfall is the wait time for elevators but we were able to figure out the busiest times and plan around it so we didn’t have to wait as long.

This by far is one of the nicest places I've stayed, and I come every year for the last 20 years. The ONLY thing I would like to recommend to owner, is there is no broom in condo, there is a push type broom, but it needs a regular broom. Also, the directions to use the stovetop need to be beside the stovetop, visible. We spent two days trying to figure it out, then one day we just happened upon the instructions in a drawer. And lastly, the full beds weren't very comfy, but definitely manageable. These are MINOR things, that I am just suggesting. I still give this confo a 10 all the way!!! Thanks for having us!!!!
