Best views, Great Place, Bad Dryer

The location and the view were really great! Parking was also super simple and not super costly (was charged for the entire stay and not per day). I think the main reason for staying here would definitely be the view and the size as the place is huge! Very close to everything and only around 30 minutes or so to Pensacola and like 10 minutes to Gulf Shores. Can't overstate how great the view was, I think this alone makes it worth it.

One of the chairs has a nail that pokes through the foam and can potentially break through your skin. There was a cheese wrapper we found in one of the rooms after check-in, which is not a big deal, but given the very expensive cleaning fee, was definitely not good. The cleaning fee is just way too much on its own (even without the cheese wrapper lol). More annoyingly, the dryer didn't work. It heats the clothes up but never actually dries them. It looks like this was mentioned previously in another review. It didn't end up being a big deal for us (other than having to bring home wet clothes) but for longer stays, I can imagine that would be a bigger issue.

No breakfast by the way the lazy river was great and ultra clean pools It a beautiful condo well taken care of the front desk was attentive and caring the attendants were also helpful

TV one was not working ALL OF THEM AN DISH RECEIVERS BEING 25 YEARS AND BELOW one roku for 3 receivers ONLY 2 WINE GLASS ON THE PROPERTY GOOD LUCK ON THE NEXT BUNCH COMING Well we enjoyed the beach weather great and ate at restaurants

Reall a waste of money

It was in a good location and a nice clean place

Advertised indoor pool that they drained with no notice so it was to cold for our kids to swim outside so they didn’t get to swim at all and advertised a splash pad also that we never even seen come on truly could have got a small hotel with an indoor pool and had a better trip for what it costed to stay here and you did not get the amenities you paid for

Called and called since day 1, the dryer never got fixed . So no washing any of our towels or clothes very frustrating when you pay to have these things working.

Great place for a family NOT on a holiday weekend and for an extended stay.

The amenities are great... lazy river, bar, pickleball courts, water slide...

The elevators are a disaster. There are a few and always a rather long wait. The line to get into them from downstairs by the pools/ beach took almost 20 minutes one evening.

My stay was good, we love the Oasis and would love to continue using this property for our annual trip.

Okay!… except the tub stopper in one of the bed rooms was broken and the WiFi was HORRIBLE, said open network but nothing would connect. Also TV in one room is out dated. If we are paying this amount of money for a weekend everything should work and run properly. But I love the Oasis.

I loved how they provide a buggy for you to carry luggage, it’s right on the beach, it has a lazy River, a few hot tubs , sauna and how comfortable it felt to us. It felt very homie.

I didn’t that our floors felt it had sand upon arrival and bedding as well.

Beautiful location. Nicely furnished. Fun at lazy river and pool. Carts and luggage carts were helpful.

Bathroom toilet flush was broken when we arrived and we reported to Hosteeva twice while there. It was still broken when we checked out. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived. It was reported to Hosteeva and was fixed by maintenance man after one night spent uncomfortably hot.

Room wasn’t the cleanest bath tub was filthy, carpets were filthy, walls had dirt all over them! Bets were uncomfortable and very loud. Master bed room has a hole in the bottom of it! Queen room door is very hard to close!!!

The fact is under Hosteeva management is inconvenient.. When you need something you always have to call instead go directly to front desk.. Besides of that sometimes they answer right away.. Sometimes even you leave them 3,4 msg nobody called you back.
