Open layout with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a queen sofa bed in the living room, and comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
This apartment is located in the lower unit of a two-story ADU on the property of a single-family house.
As you enter the apartment, you will walk right into an open-concept living room with a sofa that can pull out into a queen-sized bed, a circular coffee table, and a SmartTV to log in to your streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and PrimeTV.
There is a full kitchen with a oven, stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a dining area available to prepare and enjoy your meals.
One of the two bedrooms is immediately to your right as you enter. This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a closet to hang your clothing, and a washer/dryer available to use.
The second bedroom can be located at the back left of the apartment and also offers a queen-sized bed and closet.
The bathroom has been updated with subway tile, glass shower doors, and a single vanity.
There is a blue house at the front of the property (this is NOT the apartment you will be staying in). The apartment studio is located on the first floor of the two-story building located at the back of the property.
No smoking is allowed in or on the property. A $300 fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.

Confusing directions for entrance to property, but great location for downtown. Bed in main bedroom was uncomfortably hard, but alas there's no place like home. Owner addressed a few issues we had promptly. Simple and spare accommodations, but access to town made it worth it.
