About this house rental
We invite you to enjoy our home away from home in central Florida. Our 3 bedroom (plus office) 2 bath home in North Lakeland is only 40 minutes from Disney and about 30 minutes from Tampa. We are close enough to enjoy all the fun things to do in central Florida but out of the traffic and chaos of the larger cities.
We are located close to shopping and less than 10 minutes from Interstate 4. Lakeland has a quaint downtown with a large weekly farmer’s market and a central square with great shops and restaurants.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath with walk in shower and large jetted tub. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed. Bedroom three has a twin daybed with a trundle. There is also a new pull out couch in the family room. Bedrooms two and three share a bath. The family room has an over-sized sliding glass door that opens to a large screened in porch overlooking the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch while the sunrises every morning. Our home is pet friendly, we just ask that you clean up after your pets.

Nice layout and comfortable home. Host was responsive. Took a few days to resolve an issue with WiFi and a few other amenities need repair, but overall a very nice stay and we would book again.
