About this house rental

Recently renovated from top to bottom. The bedrooms have a king, queen, and bunk beds. Have a movie night with the 4k projector on the 125 inch screen and a Dolby Atmos soundbar. Cool off in the heated/cooled pool that goes from 3 to 6 feet deep, then relax on the patio furniture. Newly landscaped spacious back yard. Quiet neighborhood so absolutely no parties.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home.

Host was good. The main bathroom had a spider and hair in the drain. We didnt use it. We just used the shower in the master bathroom. Other than that, everything was good.

Everything was clean! The entire space was well kept and felt new. The projector TV was great for sports and movies. Plenty of seating and beds. It was too cold outside, but the pool look great as well!

The kitchen was absolutely horrible and greasy. Crumbs in the drawers old food in the freezer, dirt in the refrigerator as well. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a while. The cleaner that came during my vacation to clean admitted it was not cleaned. However I’m sure we are not refunded any of our cleaning fee. She mentioned it’s a low paying property for her. Besides that you can’t see the projector at all even if you turn the brightness up. The light in the pool was broken and the pool was full of tree debris.
