High-end finishes including a stunning double-sided rock fireplace, wood floors, soaring timber ceilings, and artisan light fixtures wrap you in luxury the moment you step inside. The residence’s main level offers a fully equipped kitchen featuring bar seating and sight lines to a picturesque dining and gathering area with fire side ambiance. Four cozy bedrooms are smartly separated out on the top and bottom levels for complete privacy from the common spaces. Amazing outdoor living is found on two decks where seating and dining areas, a hot tub, and epic alpine vistas await. Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe is great for an escape during any season – in the summer explore the several trailheads that are within 2 blocks of the property, and every room provides a lovely view of the snow falling through the trees during the colder months.
Amenity extras found at Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe include a private, sheltered outdoor hot tub; entertainment area with Nintendo Wii and large screen TV; wet bar; gas grill; multiple fireplaces; full laundry room. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Hallway Bathroom: half bathroom.
Lower Level:
- En-suite Bedroom #3: Queen bed, bunk bed (twin/twin), bathroom, TV (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom #4: Two twin bunk beds, private bathroom, TV (sleeps 4)
- Hallway Bathroom: shower/tub combo.
Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renter must be a minimum of 30 years old.
- A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter.
- Parking: 5 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Business and Occupational License #200654.

We had a little trouble gaining entry on arrival but cost us less than 15 mins to rectify. Property is clean, roomy, perfect for families. Hot tub was clean and accommodated 6 easily. TV’s are a bit dated and slow to respond but work fine…and not a huge issue since we come to CO to get outside! Few nice hiking trails within walking distance. Spied all kinds of wildlife including moose, beavers and birds. Well stocked with kitchen items, extra blankets, lots of towels. Would book again!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we needed at the home- the kitchen was especially well stocked. We even enjoyed watching 2 moose walk right by the house while sitting in the hot tub! They were only 5 feet away from us. Such a beautiful home and property.

Loved this house. Perfect for our group. Lot's of space (2) living areas. Kitchen had everything you need including spices. Deck was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets. Hot tub was really large and maintained well. Lot's of games to play. The house was well appointed. LOVED IT. Only draw back is the unpaved road. Must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in snow or rain conditions. Great hikes right out your door as well. Summit Mountain rentals is an excellent rental agency.
