Experience all that mountain life has to offer when you stay at this bright and spacious, family friendly home. Peak 7 Solitude is a truly stunning and unique mountain retreat. It is the perfect place for your family or group to experience Colorado mountain living at it finest.
Peak 7 Solitude is nestled among towering pines in the quiet and scenic Peak 7 neighborhood. Enjoy the convenience of being only a short ten-minute drive from Breckenridge Ski Resort as well as historic Main Street, while being able to retreat to your own little slice of mountainside peace and tranquilty. Take a soak in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes or trails, sip coffee on the large outdoor deck, and watch for local wildlife while gazing at the excellent mountain views!
3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Family Home with private deck and hot tub. The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy a movie on the large LCD TV or share stories by the gas fireplace. The floor to ceiling windows let in tons of natural light and offer beautiful views of the pines that surround the property. Just off of the living area is a large attached deck, great for outdoor dining or happy hour. The hot tub and gas grill are located on a private deck in the back of the house. Stargazing from the hot tub is a must during your stay!
The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. The dining area has plenty of seating with room for twelve at the dining room table (six without the table leafs as pictured). Additional seating includes two at the bar, and room for six more at an additional table located in the bonus room next to the kitchen.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home.
- The primary bedroom has one king size bed, en suite bathroom, and private balcony with mountain views.
- The second bedroom has one king size bed.
- The third bedroom has one queen size bed, one full size bed, and one twin size trundle bed.
All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen size sleeper sofa with a new tempur-pedic gel mattress located in the bonus room next to the living area on the main level.
Additional perks include a two car garage, washer/dryer and the bonus room table that transforms into a craps or poker table for late night fun!

Tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet conveniently located only 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store, it struck the ideal balance between seclusion and accessibility. We arrived hoping the home would live up to the listing—and it truly exceeded our expectations.From lively evenings around the poker table to relaxed meals at the beautiful covered dining area on the deck, every space was thoughtfully enjoyed. A few of us even dozed off in the hammock, which says a lot about how relaxing the setting was!We’re so grateful to have stayed here and hope to return again soon.
