Walk to hiking, Mountain Biking, Snowshoeing and Cross-Country Ski trails (Peak to Peak trail, Cucumber Gulch). The home is situated in a quiet, wooded Peak 7 neighborhood on Ski Hill Road, with awesome mountain views.
