ABOUT THE HOUSE
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has all the amenities that you'd find at home, plus 2 dedicated parking spots right outside the front door.
In the kitchen you’ll find granite countertops and a full suite of appliances, including a gas range. Sit down to home-cooked meals either inside, or cook out on the gas grill and dine alfresco on the patio table.
Opt for a quiet night in and kick back on the comfortable couch in the living room to watch a movie on the 46” flat-screen TV.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
With three bedrooms, the home sleeps seven comfortably. After a day in the sun, sleep like a baby in the master bedroom, which is furnished with a California King bed, and large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination with glass door.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, featuring colorful marine décor, the third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed.
A full guest bathroom offers extra space with a sink and tub/shower combination.

The house is 4 blocks from Carlsbad State Beach. It takes about a minute in the car or 10 minutes to walk. It is one exit to Legoland and less than 1/2 hour to the San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, or the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Disneyland is about an hour away. The house is fully furnished with all the cooking/eating utensils you would need. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, bogey boards are at the house for you to use.
