This stunning, completely remodeled single level/ranch style 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has a private pool (completely 4 feet deep), large 6 person hot tub/spa, all turf yard, 3-hole putting green, and badminton/volleyball area. Plenty of toys and games for the kids of all ages!
With over 2000 sq. ft. of living space on a HUGE 11,000 sq. ft. lot, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. But sorry no parties for large gatherings, this is a quiet family stay.
Enjoy stunning ocean views from the home's upper deck. The outdoor kitchen area seating for 7 for your outside gas grilling as well as gas fire pit and we encourage you to roast marshmallows and make s'mores!
The pool is only solar heated.
I can not guarantee a heated pool in the winter months. POOL NOT BE HEATED IN WINTER MONTHS DUE TO ONLY SOLAR HEATING FOR THE POOL. The hot tub is heated for year round enjoyment.
Beautiful sandy beaches are less than 5 minutes away. We have boogie boards, sand chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and ice chests to borrow and enhance your stay. We also have secured, gated boat or RV parking (up to 25' length) along the side of home.
This home is located in the mild coastal climate and is close to freeways and major services. It is centrally located near the Aviara neighborhood in South Carlsbad. We are 5 minutes from Carlsbad Outlet malls and Flower Fields, 5 minutes from Aviara Golf Course and Spa, 10 minutes from La Costa Golf Course. The home is situated near Batiquitos Lagoon, a protected wetlands and wildlife refuge with beautiful 3 mile walking nature trail around lagoon perfect for nature lovers. Starbucks and major grocery store and multiple restaurants only 1 mile away. Costco is just 3 miles away.
Property is located less than 5 miles from LEGOLAND, 30 minutes North of the San Diego Airport and Zoo, one hour South of Disneyland and 45 minutes West of the San Diego Wild Animal Park.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 6. We planned our trip to visit LEGOLAND, and wanted a nice place where we could decompress between our days there. This place checked all the boxes! Spacious, well-stocked with amenities & conveniently close to everything we needed. It felt like home even though we were thousands of miles away. The kids enjoyed all of the outdoor activities provided. They tried their hand at badminton & volleyball, & they definitely enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi! We made great memories playing together and enjoying marshmallows by the fire pit. We even watched the sunset from the deck a few evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked & we made use of it. There was even a brand new rice cooker waiting for us to use when we arrived. Hawaii people know what an important tool this is when we go on vacation! Julie is such an excellent and thoughtful host. She responded quickly to all of our questions and was just so friendly and nice. She was able to allow us early check in which was so nice as we got in super early that morning at LAX. She even offered late check out & im so sad we weren’t able to take advantage of that. Our whole family was so sad to leave. Julie really did think of everything & we appreciated how family-friendly this property was. I’ve already been thinking of when we can come back & recommended this place to quite a few friends!

This place is AMAZING! It has everything you need and more! There is so MUCH room, and the outdoor space is great for unwinding listening to the ocean, getting exercise in the pool, or playing a competitive game of badminton or volleyball while the outdoor kitchen grills dinner! This ranks up there with the best of the best VRBO's and may very well be the best, well equipped property we've every stayed, and we've stayed at a bunch! Happy Vacationing!

This was the second time I stayed at Julie's property. The house was even lovelier than I remember it. Everything and anything you need is available to you. It's beautifully maintained and accessible to so many different venues. My daughter, grandchildren and I had an absolutely lovely time.
