Half a mile to St George Street and Castillo San Marcos.
One small dog allowed... 25 lbs max.
One time $50 pet fee
Very quiet neighborhood.
Enjoy your favorite drink on the front porch or private backyard.
We have security cameras outside around the house for your safety and security.

.Charming house built about 100+ years ago. Up/Down duplex with oversized private driveway. You can park up to 2 vehicles.
You will be staying in the first floor.
. Two spacious bedrooms, one queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the other one.
. Wall mounted 50" smart flat TV in the living room.
. Fast WI-FI Internet Service (Fastest AT&T Fiber Optics - 1000 Mbps)
. Separate desk available if you plan to do some work during your stay with us.
. The fully functional kitchen comes with:
. refrigerator
. dishwasher
. microwave
. electric stove
. blender
. four slot toaster
. coffee maker
. electric kettle
. fresh ground coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix, sugar, salt, pepper and other
miscellaneous condiments are yours to enjoy.
. All the utensils you will need to prepare and enjoy meals if needed.

One or two days before your arrival, you will receive a text with information about the property including check-in instructions.

Once you come through the door, the entire place is yours to enjoy.
As soon as you enter, to the right, there is a white door. This is a small closet where we keep our cleaning supplies, etc. This is the only private space in the apartment.

Lovely home with everything you need. Our small dog had a fenced yard. Beds comfortable. Beautiful antique furnishings. Clean nice bathrooms. Walk to everywhere. We would rent again.

The property was within easy walking distance to St George St and other things. The house itself was very clean. The one BIG drawback was that it had roaches. We would not stay there again based solely on that.
