Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!
16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back patio for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.
**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

We used the apartment as a home base for getting our service dogs recertified nearby and enjoy some down time while visiting St Augustine. It is in a great location with everything necessary to make yourself at home. The host provided every detail in constant communication before questions even arise.

Beautiful apartment. Lots of space. The host was available if we needed him- which we didn’t. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. On-site parking , clean and spacious. We will definitely return and rebook here! Loved this space!! Thank you for such an incredible weekend!!

This was a very nice place to rent and would highly recommend it. Very clean second story apartment with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a nice spacious living room. This place was within walking distance of downtown and was great for going to restaurants and the attractions along the river. Also would like to say the host was great with communication and responded very quickly!

Description of property did not fully explain that the unit was a duplex.We had upstairs unit, no out door area to enjoy.Unit was clean, very old, limited amenities.
