Very beautiful villa on 3 levels full of charm, with a pretty sea view, large swimming pool and pleasant garden in a small quiet area in Antibes. 10 min by car from the beaches.
Living space 200 m2 nicely landscaped, land of 1500 m2 with garden not overlooked and large 5.5 x 10 m swimming pool. Each level of the villa has one bedroom: for 6 people maximum.
Beautiful interior decor very neat, quality furniture. Cozy and comfortable.
Double living room with a dining room and TV lounge with a fireplace overlook two terraces furnished with blinds and outside furniture: sofa, armchairs, tables ... all comfort and relaxation, green space and pretty lawn in front of the terraces.
On the same level are:
beautiful master bedroom with its bathroom,
pretty well equipped kitchen,
Toilet.
The master bedroom equipped with the air conditioning.
On the upper level is the 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with its shower room, WC and balcony, from which a magnificent panorama of the sea and gardens opens.
On level -1, which overlooks the swimming pool, are:
the 3rd bedroom with its covered terrace which serves as a summer dining room,
the shower room and WC,
the 2nd kitchen with barbecue,
the billiard room,
The lower level is not air conditioned because it naturally keeps it cool.
The large 5.5 x 10 m secure swimming pool with 4 sun loungers is surrounded by a pretty garden, not overlooked..
