Shops nearby. Nice shopping, rue d'Antibes and its shops is a 5-minute walk, as are the beaches of Martinez and Carlton on the Croisette.

Bathroom: bath mat, soap and a supply of toilet paper;

A secured parking space in the basement is available: flat rate of 70€/week. Reservation required.

we stayed here for the film festival and it was the perfect location and haven, in a quiet residential area with easy walking distance of the croisette, supermarket, fab boulangerie and shops. the apartment was spacious, modern, light and clean with a comfortable bed (more than can be said for other air bnbs!) and a great balcony with sun loungers where we could relax and dry our washing. 7th floor meant we could also see the sea. a little gem. we will definitely be back!

The flat met the description and had everything I needed for my visit. All facilities were as new, which made my stay very easy.
