It overlooks the back, and therefore has a pleasant quiet terrace.
It is in the immediate vicinity of the center and the sea.
The Croisette is 300 m away, and the top of the Rue d'Antibes is 400 m.
Everything is accessible on foot.

You are greeted upon arrival at the premises for an explanation of the amenities of the apartment, and if you wish, a brief overview of the surroundings and activities.

Nice airport is reachable in 30 minutes by car in normal traffic.

appartement très fonctionnel avec une terrasse ombragée matin et midi côté parking donc au calme. Literie exceptionnelle et qualité numérique des écrans optimale .Seul petit bémol, le manque de pression d'eau à la douche ...très bien placé : 5 minutes de la plage publique, commerces à proximité, quartier calme ...décoration très tendance avec des prestations de qualité...si nous devons revenir sur Cannes, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Appartamento attrezzato con tutte le comodità, bene arredato e confortevole. Comodissimo il garage ed apprezzabile il balcone dove poter mangiare.
