Overlooking the sea, a beautiful view 20m from the beach

Wonderful view from the kitchen over the beach and the sea, the furnishings are very good, with great attention to details. The owner is very friendly and gave us excellent instructions and also had a few good tips.We'd love to come back!

Lovely little 2 bed apartment with character and a fantastic view of the beach and markets. We had a really nice family stay here for a week at the end of August. Henri was so helpful and he and his wife couldn't have made us more welcome. This cosy apartment has everything you need....2 double bedrooms with storage are nicely decorated a separate WC room and separate shower room. The shower room is quite small but also has a washing machine, everything you need is here there is nothing you could want for. The main room is an open plan dining kitchen which leads on to a balcony over looking the sea....it is even better than it sounds and the picture doesn't do it justice. There is a small sofa and TV in the main room also....which was fine but we were far too busy on the beach or exploring to use them. The apartment is right on the beach and over the main Street where restaurants and shops are aplenty, there is also a market on most days (morning and evening) which varies in produce. Shops and facilities around the corner including a small supermarket. There is a bike hire place here too. A short drive or a reasonable walk can take you to 1 or 2 of the local vineyards in the area and they are worth a visit too. Carcassonne (where we flew into and from) is only an hour away by car and deserves a day itself. Beziers airport is even closer. Lots to see and do around here if you are unlucky enough to witness a rare cloudy day or just fancy a change. Highly recommended and well located.....we would like to return as there is still so much to see.
