About this house rental
House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of young friends for parties or other events.
A deposit of 600 euros will be given directly to the owner during the delivery of keys: Check (for French) or cash.

Beautiful semi-detached villa, spacious, recent, with garden.
Especially nice and quiet area close to the sea and the resort center.
Recently built and renovated with modern tastes in June 2012
Ideal for family or couple of friends with children.
Located in the foothills of La Clape protected.
The villas are arranged around a beautiful esplanade with olive.
Easy parking in front of the villa

Belle villa, bel emplacement,belles vacances.

The property is in a good position about 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a beautifully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor sitting area.
We feel the property description is misleading in some areas, and hope the following will clarify things:
1. It sleeps 8 (at a push) but only seats 4. There is soft seating indoors for 4 people only.
2. The property claims to be air conditioned. In truth there is a mobile air conditioning unit in the lounge, and that is it. During our visit (early August 2018) the unit was incapable of getting the temperature below 27C.
3. The deposit is a huge 43% of the rental cost. Add to that the owners refused to refund it until 7 days after we had left, despite us asking for it and them telling us there were no problems.
