About this apartment rental
Bright and spacious apartment for short term stays with 2 double bedrooms (140*200) and a sofa bed in the lounge. It can sleep up to 6 people.
Located on the third floor (without a lift), our apartment has a long balcony from which you can see the sea on one side and La Clape massif on the other. (see: la clape massif conservation area)
Our apartment is comfortably furnished with a lounge /dining area, 2 TVs, and a separate bathroom. There is also a fitted kitchen equipped with glass ceramic plates, a dish-washer, a fridge, a kettle,a toaster, an oven and an all in one microwave oven. There is a washing machine too.
You will also find the facilities you need to have a home away from home, including cooking utensils, crokery and cutlery.
The apartment includes a private parking space.
Ideally located, our apartment is only a 2 minutes walk away from the main beach and a 5 minutes walk away from the city center. Moreover, right next to the residence, you will find a boulodrome where you can play the game of boules as well as a playground for children.
The seafront promenade provides easy access to the city center where there are shops, bars and restaurants.
There are plenty of activities to do and plenty of sites to see near by.
Nearest airport : Carcassonne: 1 hour drive. (Cheap flights.)
Nearest train station: narbonne: 30 mins drive

It is a great appartment. Really close to the sea. It was really clean when I arrived which I appreaciated. There is enough storage for personal things like clothes etc. Two other things I can point out is 1. There is really anything you could need. On 2 occasions I thought a no i really need xy and Inwas sure I wouldnt find ir but I always did! 2. There were barely any mosquitos! Frlm other guest at the beach I heard they have big trouble with mosquitos but I barely had!
Now it would be great if there was wifi and some mosquito nets so it's possible to keep the windows open at night.
All in all it was a great stay.
