About this villa rental
Furnished single-family home on two levels with a terrace, set on a fenced, tree-lined lot of 176 m², located in the “Les Jardins de la Clape” housing development on Avenue des Muriers de Chine, very close to the large sandy beach and about 500 m from the village center.
Private outdoor parking space in front of the house.
Large south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Accommodation details:
- A large living area on the first floor with an open-concept kitchen leading into the living/dining room.
- 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower upstairs.
- 2 restrooms: one on the first floor and one upstairs in the bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a 140-size double bed, and the third has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed.
Two additional sleeping spots are available on the first floor on a convertible corner sofa.
Accommodates two families.
Housekeeping service available for 75€
Linens may be available for rent.
During the summer season, rentals are for a minimum of one week.
Off-season, rentals are available by the month or for short stays (minimum 3 nights).

We had a wonderful stay in the clean and tidy domicile.
The landlord was very supportive and it was for us the optimal last minute vacation.
