About this house rental
Individual house in Mediterranean style on the beach, facing the sea, this vacation rental is suitable for a group of 8 people (10 maximum) who wish to benefit from the presence of the sea at all times: living room, terraces, dining room , living room, two bedrooms are exposed full sea.
In the evening, from the upstairs terrace, you will overlook the sea and watch the return of the sailboats which return to the port along the coast; during the day, in the distance, it is the trawlers who return to Sète with the seagulls in plume.
The terraces on the ground floor, shaded or on the edge of a dune, allow exceptional proximity to the beach. Access to the beach is direct.
The house is mainly equipped with recent furniture and equipment, it includes: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, living room / bedroom, shower room, bathroom, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms.
Sleeps: 3 beds in 140, 3 beds in 90, 1 convertible 140.
Located in a quiet area, on the shore between the ponds and the sea, the rental is in Frontignan Plage, 2 km from the marina, 7 km from Sète, 19 km from Montpellier or Palavas.
The immediate environment makes it possible to practice all water sports (base of windsurfing boards and winsurf on the pond), the bicycle (cycle track and towpath of the Canal of the Rhone in Sète), walk (wild protected beach of Aresquiers: from Frontignan to Palavas).

This was an amazing place! Mr. and Mrs. Pratlong were so easy going and the house was comfy and direct on the beach. When we were there the beach was basically empty and we had so much fun. Wonderful location. Just a short drive to Séte and shopping is close by. Can't wait to come again.
