Villa excellently presented and comfortable. Stunning garden. The property has a lockable back gate which drops you onto the beach. Beach is safe with beautifully clear water, excellent sand and not crowded. Despite its close location to the beach, the property has excellent privacy. An excellent choice of beach cafes and dining. Also, the centre of Sete offers many additional resturants.Short walk to excellent local bakers with good supermarket at about 1 to 1.5 km. Also, continuing the walk to the bakers brings you to a bird reserve where you can enjoy the flamingos.Very easy road connection to Montpellier airport.
