Strolls by the sea and swimming at all hours of the day and night are available to you thanks to its location on the seafront. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs and a high-end contemporary kitchen opening onto a covered terrace for outdoor dining in the shade.

We had the most wonderful time in this superbly located villa. It had everything we needed in a lovely setting and the villa itself was immaculate. Jean Louis was very helpful and accommodating and we had the most wonderful stay with our family

Villa excellently presented and comfortable. Stunning garden. The property has a lockable back gate which drops you onto the beach. Beach is safe with beautifully clear water, excellent sand and not crowded. Despite its close location to the beach, the property has excellent privacy.An excellent choice of beach cafes and dining. Also, the centre of Sete offers many additional resturants.Short walk to excellent local bakers with good supermarket at about 1 to 1.5 km. Also, continuing the walk to the bakers brings you to a bird reserve where you can enjoy the flamingos.Very easy road connection to Montpellier airport.
