House type T3 in the residence 'Le clos de socorro', with on the ground floor a living room / kitchen, veranda, terrace with barbecue, Wc.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed with 2 independent beds, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom with shower, wc and electric towel dryer.
Our house is located at the back of the residence, so quiet. A parking space is reserved for our rental.
The beach is 700m away, about fifteen minutes on foot.

Bea met us on arrival and told us everything we needed to know, such a friendly reception! The apartment was perfect and close to a great boulangerie, restaurants and shops. Pierre met us on departure and drove us to Beziers! We shall return!

Nice place, well equipped but the small oven got very hot on the exterior which could be dangerous fue a child. Otherwise It was a lovely place to stay

We were in a good location for the beach and canal. You need a hire car to get around as quite rural. We arrived early April. All the properties and most nearby shops were closed and the on site pool was closed. We were unaware of this when we booked. Prooerty was clean and tidy. The garden that advertised green shrubbery and offered privacy to all the surrounding properties has been cut severely back so there is no privacy now. You look straight into all properties.
