Located in the charming secure residence ‘LES MARINES’ with a communal swimming pool open from July to August, this magnificent villa is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, offering easy access to the pleasures of the sea. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it combines comfort, tranquillity and practicality. You can enjoy its peaceful setting while being close to water sports, local shops and natural areas for unforgettable moments of relaxation under the Mediterranean sun.

-Mezzanine with 2 single beds and 1 folding bed, ideal for children.
On the ground floor:
-Bedroom with 140 cm bed, television and mosquito net for optimal comfort.
-Bathroom with shower.
-Separate WC for added convenience.
-Living room with sofa area and equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron + ironing board, microwave, mini oven, fans, clothes horse, washing machine).
A pleasant outdoor area for relaxing: close to the communal swimming pool
-Tiled terrace with awning, fenced, with garden table, chairs, sun loungers and mobile barbecue for enjoying al fresco meals.
