About this house rental
The vacation home in Portiragnes-Plage, in southern France, is within walking distance of the sea, the Canal du Midi, and the 400-hectare nature reserve “Le Petit Carmarque,” as it’s affectionately called by the locals. Here you’ll find ponds teeming with wading birds and flamingos. It’s a paradise for relaxing, jogging, biking, and taking walks.
The vacation home
This cozy vacation home is located in a small, family-friendly vacation complex with a pool. The complex is fully secured. Each house has its own parking space within the complex and a small garden.
Our house has a practical outdoor kitchen with a stovetop and a small oven, a stone grill, and a lovely covered patio where you can relax sheltered from the sun, rain, and prying eyes.
Typical Mediterranean plants and a 1.50-meter-high wall enclose the little garden.
On the first floor is a spacious living room with an easy-to-clean leather sofa.
Behind the counter is a sturdy dining table that seats 4 people.
Next to it is the well-equipped kitchen with a washer and dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a 3-burner stove.
A brightly tiled shower room and a separate toilet.
A comfortable staircase leads up to the cozy bedrooms. Each has its own door.
Bedroom 1:
French bed, children’s bed, baby crib upon request, and a small work area, dresser
Bedroom 2:
French bed, loft bed, wardrobe, dresser.
Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels can be added as optional extras on-site.
Wi-Fi: €30.00 per stay
Bed linens and towels: €10.00 each per person per stay.
