Welcome to TI COCOON RDC of villa 88(1), facing Anse beach
Rocks.
Apartment with beautiful sea view, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, wifi and city water tank (buffer tank).
Possibility in the 2 sleeping areas to put 1 bed 160x190 or 2 single beds.
Ti Cocoon can accommodate 2 to 4 people in excellent conditions of comfort and privacy.
It is composed:
- a ventilated terrace/kitchen which closes with electric roller shutters and offers a dining area with teak furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobe (1 small closed bedroom, 1 living room/bedroom)
- a bathroom, with walk-in shower, sink on storage unit and a toilet (boat cabin style) accessible either from the living room or from the bedroom.
Facilities: wifi, two air conditioners, 2 ceiling fans, TV, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, plenty of storage space and small grocery store. All household linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels, floor mats, microfiber beach towels. 1 baby cot. 2 beach loungers.
This magnificent residence is located in a large landscaped park, with tennis and "the largest swimming pool in Guadeloupe"!
There is also a restaurant that sells bread, local dishes and pizzas to take away, breakfasts, barbecues on weekends, etc...
A planter awaits you upon your arrival.

Pets are not allowed.
In order for you to return to impeccable accommodation, we will ask you to pay, upon your arrival, an exit cleaning fee of €50 for 2 people, €60 for 4 people.
For an arrival at Ti Cocoon after 10 p.m. or a departure before 8 a.m., a fixed price of €25 will be payable on site.
The proximity of the ferry terminal allows you to easily connect the dependent islands of Guadeloupe: Marie-Galante - La Désirade.
Marina, Shops and International Golf 5 minutes by car, approximately 5 km. Essential car.

The appartment worked perfectly for our family and had all the amenities needed. Nice open space and good AC for the small children when needed. Just a few meters away there's a restaurant (doesn't disturb) where you can eat and get water and bread for the day. Good food!
Our flight was late and we didn't have coverage on our phones when arriving but Audrey, who was our contact, waited and helped us get in place!
On thing I want to say is that the pictures don't really show just how good the view is from the appartment, and how close it actually is to the beach.

The appartment was really nice. There was everything you need. The contact was also very nice. The location of the appartment is sensational, a direct look at the private beach which is directly before the door. The complete arrangement is maintained very much, so that we felt fine all around. I would recommend a rental car, so you gets everywhere in a few minutes. Absolutely recommendable, it was a great vacation, with pleasure again.
