In the ANSE DES ROCHERS area, your apartment is located in one of Guadeloupe’s most beautiful resorts, featuring a nearly private beach and a beachfront restaurant.
The apartment is on the first floor of a villa comprising 4 apartments; you’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
In particular, you’ll be able to enjoy a private lagoon with fine sand and a magnificent, fully renovated 1,000 m² infinity pool (one of the largest in Guadeloupe) set in the middle of a private, secure 8-hectare park.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RENTAL: You’ll be staying in a VILLA, offering more peace and quiet and all the comforts you need for a dream vacation. Fully equipped apartment: internet, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, multi-function oven, grill, board games, mosquito nets, masks and snorkels, children’s beach toys, and beach chairs. The nearby basement is also available for storing your luggage.
The residence has a parking lot with open parking. Since space is limited, the property manager allows only one vehicle per apartment. You will therefore be provided with a pass to park one car there.
A LITTLE EXTRA: All our rates include linens, beach towels, and a private internet connection.
A water reserve has been set up to prevent water outages.

L’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel. Très bien équipé ; il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. L’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus.

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines début janvier 2020 dans la résidence. Le lieux est bien placé, avec une superbe piscine très apprécié par nos enfants. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien et il est très propre. L'accueil super, reçu par Sonia et son mari qui sont vraiment très accueillants.
