The villa is fully equipped and features a sleek, cozy decor.
It includes a beautiful decked terrace extended by awning shades, an outdoor living area (sofa, armchairs, and coffee table), as well as a dining table and chairs.
Inside, there is a lounge area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry (wine cellar, ice maker), and a laundry area (washer, drying rack).
There is a restroom on the first floor and an outdoor shower for use after returning from the beach.
Upstairs, there are 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 beds (200x90) and 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160x200), a walk-in closet, and a safe.
A bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).
The property is equipped with an Orange fiber-optic internet modem and a 750-liter water tank to compensate for any potential water outages.
Bed linens and towels are provided (smoking is not permitted in the property).

The villa is located about 2.5 km from downtown Saint François and 40 km from the Pointe-à-Pitre airport.
