About this apartment rental
Welcome to the blue coco studio located in a magnificent private residence, the cove of the rocks, thirty meters from the beach; with a 1000m2 swimming pool in the middle of a superb 8 hectare wooded park. The residence is located 5 minutes from the marina of Saint-François, its shops and the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe. This studio with sea view, view of Marie Galante, view of the Saintes awaits you for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.
From its terrace you can enjoy a planter and a ti-punch facing the sea. The coconut blue studio is intended for 2 people and 2 children. It is on the 1st floor of the Gommier building, 30 m from the beach (possibility of having your lunches and dinners under the carbets accompanied by the sound of the waves) and 100 m from the swimming pool.
You will have access to a magnificent private beach with parasols and coconut palms. The sea is turquoise blue, with an average temperature of 25 to 28 degrees all year round. Two sun loungers are available for your moments of relaxation at the beach.
In the residence Anse des rochers you will have a tennis court located in front of the sea, a space to play pétanque, a mini golf; in Saint-François (4 kms) a magnificent 18-hole international golf course with a 5990 m course with a view of the Caribbean.
The recently renovated blue coconut consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, Tassimo coffee maker, classic coffee maker) air-conditioned room with 160/200 bed with mosquito net, screen TV flat, bathroom with shower, washing machine & toilet. Loggia terrace with sofa bed 140/200.

Tariff: A reduction of 10% is made on a reservation of three weeks

Beautiful gated area, quiet and very relaxing. The room was very clean, had the perfect view of the ocean. The open kitchen on deck to have your breakfast and supper and enjoy the outside, even look at the ocean being in your own room, this was excellent. Short distance walk to the beach, which was perfect. Not a lot of people on the beach which almost felt like your private beach ... enjoyed every minute. A pool walking distance too but didn’t use it because we are beach people more than pool. Ti Coco restaurant at the beach, very good food and very good freshly made baguettes every morning. Free wifi. All in all very nice place to go.

Very, very nice location just a few steps from a quiet private beach. Protected by a reef, the ocean was calm. Very relaxing. The apartment is a small studio that is well appointed and clean. Memory foam mattress (which we were not accustomed to) was very comfortable. Daniel was very responsive via email in answering our questions. We don't speak French but were able to use Google translate to carry on our correspondence. Minor misunderstanding at check-in because of miscommunication due to language, but quickly resolved by email. We loved Guadeloupe and the people. Ti Coco - the restaurant at the beach - was great and the manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building's common areas are spartan. It appears it was once a hotel that is now individual apartment owners so there is no front desk or common concierge service on site. Nevertheless, nice apartment, great value and we had a wonderful time. If you are the independent type, it's great. If you need a "front desk" to know what to do, that might be an issue. Merci beaucoup, Daniel! On s'est éclatés!
