About this apartment rental
The studio is located in a private residence, very popular with tourists, located in a large tropical park of 7.5ha with:
- a large infinity pool (1000m2) and a children's pool
- a beautiful sandy beach and its lagoon
- a tennis court
- a bowling alley
- a private parking lot
- a restaurant "Ti Coco" (which offers bread and pastries in the morning).
The accommodation:
The 35m2 studio can accommodate 5 people.
It consists of
- an air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200) (new mattress August 2022) and a folding bed for 1 person 80×190, a closet and a safe, travel cot on request.
- a fitted kitchen (completely redone in August 2022) with dining area, ceiling fan
- a lounge area with coffee table and 2 armchairs
- a 3-seater sofa, convertible into a 2-seater bed (Dunlopillo mattress 18 cm thick in 140*190), (new August 2022)
All on a large sunny and ventilated terrace, closed with electric shutters.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink on storage unit and washing machine.
- Separate toilet
Facilities and services:
Air conditioning, fans, terrace awning, TV, large fridge/freezer, oven, 3-plate ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack, linens, towels, beach towels, soft cooler....
There is a water tank to compensate for cuts.
However, water cuts may last several days during your stay (see info at the entrance of the residence for the schedule).
The owner cannot be held responsible for this.
No refunds will be made for this reason.
Free wifi connection on the site. There is no private wifi, it is the wifi of the estate and the connection and speed can be random.

An uncashed deposit check of €500 will be given on arrival (returned at the end of the stay except in the event of damage, theft, loss of badges, keys, swimming pool bracelets).
The loss of the entrance badge to the residence gate will be charged 150€
The loss of the parking badge will be charged €50.
The loss of a pool bracelet will be charged €50 per bracelet

We provide you with a locked box in a cellar located under the main building (Creole house).
You can store your suitcases/travel bags here.
You will find: beach mats, beach chairs, "fries" for swimming, inflatable beach mattresses, fins, masks, snorkels.

Très bien reçue avec des petites attentions : bouteille de rhum, citrons, brioches, confiture et sans oublier le beurre demi sel !
Le logement est propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Accès à un box privatif avec des équipements pour la piscine, plage et la plongée.
La vue est juste sublime ! Une belle vue mer (un peu sur la piscine), avec comme seul bruit celui des vagues (et des oiseaux !).
Aucune difficulté pour se garer dans la résidence, restaurants à proximité, cependant voiture obligatoire.
Si je devais revenir en Guadeloupe, je reprendrais le logement de Katia sans aucun doute.
