About this house rental
Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends, in a quiet area close to the beach. Surfing, wingfoil and kitesurfing spots 10 minutes away.
Very bright house, completely renovated in 2023.
It can accommodate up to 8 people, with its 4 bedrooms, and its enclosed garden.
The house is fully equipped (kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, garden furniture, barbecue, hair dryer, etc...)
On the first floor: 1 large living room with fitted kitchen and living room, 1 bedroom with private shower, 1WC, and 1 pantry.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside: South-facing courtyard and garden to enjoy the beautiful summer days. At your disposal, garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.
Shelter for bicycles, surfboards and others.
Situation:
Quiet and 2 minutes by car from the beaches.
1 km from the port of Lechiagat and Guilvinec
Less than 15 minutes by car from the Pointe de la Torche, Pont l'abbé, Loctudy, or the Eckmühl lighthouse.
Possibility to park several cars on the lot.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday home in Treffiagat.The location is perfect – a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the sea and local amenities.Bakeries and supermarkets are all nearby and easy to reach, and the beach is absolutely beautiful.The house itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it very comfortable and convenient.The bright, light-filled rooms and the cozy atmosphere made us feel at home from the very first day.We would happily come back any time!
