About this villa rental
This wonderful individual property comprises a spacious lounge and dining room both with patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. Doors from the dining room lead to the fully equipped, modern kitchen which has recently been updated to a high standard. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and sliding patio doors to the garden. The first twin bedroom has a full en suite bathroom, the second twin bedroom has the use of a further bathroom, the third bedroom offers a queen sized bed and benefits from an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, the master bedroom contains a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and doors to a spacious private terrace with stunning sea views. There is an unusually large en suite bathroom with twin sinks, fabulous walk in shower and bath. There is electric wall mounted heaters that will heat the main lounge and dinning room. All bedrooms come with Air conditioning that cool and heat making it an ideal villa for any time of year.
Externally, there is a private swimming pool (8x4) which can be heated for an additional fee, built in BBQ and outdoor eating area. The beautifully landscaped gardens surround the villa with extensive lawns, colourful shrubs and native plants. For convenience, there is also a pool side bathroom containing WC, shower and sink.
The villa has been furnished and remodelled to the highest standard and is perfect for families and couple alike.

The property is located within a complex comprising several blocks of flats. You can walk to the beach in under 2 minutes. To get from there to other places, you need a car. The house is very large, and everyone can also have their privacy. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool is also very nice! The kitchen equipment is great. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, there was a construction site right in front of the property. Otherwise, the area seems to be very quiet.

This home was beautifully located at the most stunning beaches in Portugal. The ability to enjoy a hike and access sites was perfect for our stay.

We love staying at this villa. Beautiful pool and garden with the added bonus of it being only a short walk to Carvalho beach. The accommodation is clean and modern and the bedrooms are all lovely with their own bathrooms - so no arguing over who gets which bedroom between the children! The balcony on the upstairs parental suite has a lovely view, which I could sit and enjoy all day!
A handy shop and 3 restaurants are within a couple of minutes drive at Rocha Brava, plus there is the onsite Italian restaurant when you don't feel like driving into Carvoeiro itself. If you don't feel like driving full stop, a taxi (details provided in the welcome pack) is easy to arrange and for the 5 of us cost approx 10 euros each way into Carvoeiro. We have now stayed at the villa 3 times and the highest praise I can give is that we have already booked to come again in 2021!

We had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious and there's lots of space in the lovely garden. The steps to the beach are only a minutes walk from the villa.
